How Diagnostic Pricing Works
Diagnostic projects start at $1500
For a Diagnostic project, you pay one price, agreed before we start. Not an hourly rate that adds up as we go.
Most consulting is billed by the hour, so the final cost depends on how long the work ends up taking. We do it differently. Once we agree on the scope of your Diagnostic, that is your price. It will not grow because something took longer than expected on our end.
Here is how we get there:
A short call. No cost, no pressure. Tell us your team size and what you need help with.
A clear scope. We agree on exactly what is included and how long it will take.
A price in writing. You get an exact number within one to two business days, tied to the scope we agreed on.
If something comes up beyond what we scoped, we will tell you and quote it separately, rather than expanding the original price without asking.
Retainer and Strategic Leadership Support work differently, since they are ongoing, not a single project. Pricing for those is set monthly based on your team size and the level of support you need, walked through on the same short call.
You will always know your number, and why it is your number, before you agree to anything.
