What do you need from my team?
Time with the people who do the work, and access to the records and numbers that show how it runs. We agree exactly what in the scope, so there are no surprises.
How long does it take?
The timeline is set in your scope before you commit. Your plan also gives an estimate for each fix, since how long a fix takes depends on your team.
How does payment work?
The Review is one fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. You pay half to begin and the balance when we review the findings together. If you continue with the Implementation Retainer within 30 days, your Review fee is credited toward your first month, up to one month’s Retainer fee. Ongoing support is billed monthly.
Will you come to our site?
Yes, when it’s part of the agreed scope. Some problems only show up on your floor, so we can plan visit days into the work. Visits are scheduled in advance on agreed dates, at a flat fee per half day or full day, with travel within 60 miles included. Beyond that, mileage is billed at cost. Everything else we handle remotely, so you get answers faster.
